TO: The ACTORS that crossed our path and auditioned for “tweet” over the last few weeks:
First, Marc and I were so excited to see ACTORS walk through those doors. We are so tired of playing all the parts ourselves…it’s exhausting!!
Second, we know that there is a part of this process that stinks…the part where someone doesn’t get the role…we should have written 122 characters instead of 13, dang it! Again, thank you so much for going through this process with us. We know it takes courage to put yourself out there and we are humbled by your efforts, each and everyone one of you. When Marc and I started on this journey a while back, we promised ourselves that we will always be the kind of people that honors everyone’s efforts and talent no matter where or when they cross our path…whether they are seasoned show business veterans or just someone that has a desire in their heart. Too many people lose sight of the fact that we are all artists here, all of you, me, Marc, the guy behind the camera, the guy who sets the lights, etc…it has to be a collaboration or the story doesn’t get told. So, we want to thank Taylor and Meredith Blackwell, Avery Sommers, and Cheri Burr, for their time and talent, and to Zach Burns who stepped up and said “sure, I can help”..the last few weeks has been about adding to this incredible team.
Lastly, this process is not about chasing fame; it’s about chasing the story. It’s about having the time of our lives while we make the best story we can, and working really hard at finding an audience.
The rest will take care of itself.
We humbly thank you all for your time and effort.
